You can’t go wrong with big stompy robots.
This is by far and away the next faction I want to pick up… only thing stopping me has been my Fire Caste are not yet painted up.. that and I moved and haven’t been able to find as many Dark Age players locally… which is a shame as it’s a fun and brutal game and is quite the contrast to some of the more rules intensive games like Infinity that are getting a lot of love in the local area right now… Big Killie Bots.. yes please…

I really like these models, I could see them being used not only in dark age but also for some nice scenery pieces as well.
Nice! I really like how the CORE playstyle is more what you would perhaps imagine the Brood’s to be at first glance- the ‘run forwards and consume everything in your path’ school of tactics! One of my favourite things about the Dark Age setting as a whole is this way it has of turning the usual tropes on their heads…
Bought my first DA models today (Salt Flat Nomads); and the CORE are next on the agenda!

Robots. Awesome.
These are not your average robots.
Love the design and epic scale.
Some potential for some interesting paint schemes.
Be interested to see how they play.
If stringing a campaign together, these would seem an obvious “boss” like obstacle set to block your way to the next set of battles.

I do like the core and the look of the models for this faction. I have so many paint scheme ideas for this faction, look forward to seeing the unboxing video fir them.
The Core looks like their game is really fun and the models are kind of big one’s so they may be for me to the models really looks nice so another good point for them !

A peaceful ending: The core find a wonderful lush growing moss that meets all their organic matter needs, and disappear from the wasteland all together, never to be seen again.
It’s said, that if you dwell far enough in to the mountains, you can come across a shiny steel man, and he will sell you the tastiest moss you’ve ever eaten. He lets you leave obviously, otherwise how we would know this tale?

Too many choices, oh dear. But who doesn’t like giant killer robots. The Centurion certainly looked like it could get the job done as did the Zetamax before it blew up.
These are really cool, the world of Dark Age is really well thought out
I want them. I love the look of these models and and the back story. Also I want to see if I can get one to be like Bender from Futurama and destroy all humans.

I like these even more than the Brood.
Robots to, this game really has everything.
So, when the CORE were designed and programmed to gather bio matter to gain energy from, practically feed on it, then the pleasure models… Eeek!
The core are just awesome!
I love the way the designers have integrated the Core into the game’s background, as they help build the world and extended universe. They also have some of the best models in the ‘Dark Age’ line. Very interested in picking up this faction.

I love the concept or re-purposed robots as a faction. I love that they keep the feels of their original purpose, but adapted to kill.

I like the style of the Core, the whole re-purposed theme behind all the robots.
And again I love the spin on the classic mad robot theme that makes the Core an unique identity.

This is another faction that looks gorgeous and fun to play. However, the thought of all of those fiddly bits on the big ones keeps me from pulling the trigger on it.

Really like that model of the tree cutting robot, appeals to me alot.
One of the factions that I skimmed over when I looked into this however after this may consider them. Does mean I could end up with 4 factions as I can’t decide between, Outcast, Forsaken, fire caste and these. May be a case of picking up the starter boxes and seeing which ones I really like.

Some excellent looking units there, not as cool as Techno-mayans but close.
That is a fantastic looking set of miniatures – possibly my favourite Dark Age models to date!
This has got to be one of the most in depth, unique and fleshed out game worlds that I have seen in quite a while. Awesome!
