This has been a long time coming. 7ombieTV is a fun game, this will be a fab addition. And I just love crooked’s minis. They are really very well done.
Looks great! You know I’ve noticed more than a few miniatures ranges using the likenesses of movie characters. I really hope it’s legal, especially with our “sue first, ask questions later” society..
But besides that, I really do like these miniatures; And I’ve followed the link to 7TV game site and like what I see there too. What a refreshing idea for a miniatures game: Your and your opponents’ forces are actors creating the plot to a 70’s era action TV episode.
Who ya gonna phone?! I ain’t scared of no ghost!
T.A.P.S.
Did that Ghostbuster board game ever get kickstarted in the end?

It did get funded. If I’m not mistaken, it should be on retail sale soon.
This is maybe the 10th time I’ve seen a post about the great miniatures at Crooked Dice, and I love them, I get excited, and then I go to their website. There a ton of different books, with names that aren’t exactly intuitive, so I don’t know what I need to get. The “starter sets” don’t come with rules or tokens. I can see they are in the middle of an edition change so I’m not sure if now is time to purchase. I don’t know if the card decks for the game are needed, about to be outdated, or… Read more »
This is a supplement for 7TV 2nd ed, which is currently in beta and available for download.

Fair point. Looking back I think I only really started to “get” it after meeting them at a convention. Also they are in the middle of an office move I think, and a second edition is on its way so things are a bit in flux. The bottom line is they have a set of rules they call Action:Engine. With them you are supposed to recreate 70s TV shows. So I guess the appeal is to people my age who remember the shows as kids. So you have a Star, co-star, extras etc. You don’t have experience you have audience… Read more »
any one remember the C64 game.
Who nicked the hearse?
Those look interesting. I love some Ghostbusters.
I’ll probably buy the Ghostbusters and the car but not bother playing the game
Whoooo you gonna call. It looks like a lot of fun.
