Creature Caster Paint Up The Wonderful Treewalker
April 5, 2016 by brennon
Creature Caster are moving towards production and have been building and painting their models from Kickstarter. The latest of these is the Treewalker which you can see below looking superb...
I think this is looking fantastic and the foliage that has been added to her shoulders and over her bark body certainly raise this model to another level. I think anyone would be proud to have this in their woodland collection.
The next demon to be assembled and painted up is the Pincer Demon.
It will be fun to see what they do with this one. I'm expecting some blues, purples and maybe a flash of red on this one.
Check out more of their collection over on their website too!

Gorgeous. Head-and-shoulders above any other company’s work. As a center-piece, they are also very affordable. Definitely on my shopping list! 🙂
Creature Caster is from the sculptor who used to do Ultraforge Miniatures.
I love those Ultraforge minis, and I was always sad that there were so few of them. Glad to see new sculpts from Jeremy Glen.
these are awesome, love how they are well detailed without clutter .. nice to see sculptors with true skill
Definitely on my shortlist for a Forces of Nature Tree Herder in Kings of War – going for as many woman sculpts as possible to suit a ‘mother nature’ theme. Long term planning though.
Check out Ultraforge’s Tree Woman. It’s by the same sculpter. I have one and it’s a great kit. I’ll be buying several of these creature caster kits as well as soon as they go on sale.
That looks stunning.
looking great.
It’s a beautiful model, but the way it’s painted makes it look a bit plain. Like it’s been base coated and washed. Which is a bit of a shame.
Looking forward to the pincer demon!
Erm… Why would a tree, let alone a “female” tree have boobs?
The same reason it has a human form,
and is female because it’s obviously a ‘mother nature’ theme.
Becasue when “The Land Floweth with Milk and Honey”, it has to come from somewhere?
Outstanding pieces of art.
That would look great in a Wood Elf, or whatever the fudge they are called now, army
Lovely sculpt and I think the paint job isn’t that bad.
For me though she is not tree enough, I like to be able to imagine that if a tree person stood still they would be hard to distinguish from trees. If she stood still she wouldn’t look like a tree.
