Heuschrecke German Walker Coming To Konflikt ’47
July 2, 2017 by brennon
The team behind Konflikt '47, the offshoot game for Bolt Action by Warlord Games, are going to be bringing a new German Walker to the tabletop soon known as the Heuschrecke (Locust).
This massive new Walker looks like it is going to be able to carry around all manner of armaments with the two fists as standard. It will also be able to tout heavy machine guns, anti-tank guns and even some light autocannons and what looks like rocket launchers too.
As you can see from the back of the model this also looks like it is going to have the ability to jump around the battlefield (hence the Locust naming one assumes). It is going to be fun seeing this come to life and there are already a lot of happy German commanders out there.
What do you make of the Heuschrecke?

Oh this looks good … glad I went German ,,,, But Russians and British tin men still have appeal
Seems like Germans are getting best looking stuff in game.
Awesome, looks like the Heuschrecke will wreck house.
Oohhh, looks good.
The expansion book and accompanying releases for K47 simply cannot get here quickly enough.
I agree entirely. Roll on October
So strange, I love weird war (just check my Gear Krieg stuff: http://www.adpublishing.de/html/gear_krieg_vide.html) but somehow none of the K47 models catches my eye…
Same here, a nice walker, but too modern for weird war IMO.
I know what you mean about the modern look, this doesn’t seem to have the WWII aesthetic of the previous stuff. maybe I just need to see it in some camo paint.
I’m putting this on my get list
reminds me of the big iron man suit made by his CEO to fight him.
Yup, looks more 40K than WWII. Tho, we’ve been using Dust stuff as walker proxies till now…so we might use the profile and use the Dust Medium Panzer mini instead.
My first thought was Battletech rather than 40k.
Definitely Battlemech!
I like it 😎
Looking forward to hearing John pronounce it.lol.
