Vesper-On Show Off New Wave Of Carnevale Releases
January 21, 2016 by brennon
Vesper-On Games have shown off a whole host of new releases for Wave Three of Carnevale. What strange monsters and noble heroes do you think will be fighting throughout the streets of Venice? Kicking things off we have a model I'm sure Warren will love, the Kárcharos-Rashaar...
This mutated shark beast finds itself fighting for the Rashaar that can hunt you down in the water at speed and just when you think you're safe will leap from the water to chomp down on you!
Following on from that monstrosity we also have the Knight of The Order of Malta and the Nosferatu for both the Vatican and the Strigoi Vampires respectively.
It is pointed out that while the Knight's armour and choice of weapons is rather outdated they are still a stalwart ally of the Vatican and great help in the fight against darkness. The Nosferatu are slow and unassuming but their hypnotic ability to control the actions of others could make them very powerful.
Finally we have a set of three additions for the Vatican, Guild and Strigoi with the Inquisitor, Gondoliere and Strigoi Noble.
These models are now available outside of their respective starter sets. I particularly like the Inquisitor who seems to have had a run in with a foe and is bleeding heavily. It adds a splash of character (and blood) to the tabletop.
Maybe you could work that into a scenario where your warband is tracking the dying Inquisitor by his blood trail? You must find him before the hungry vampires catch up with him and suck him dry!
What do you think of these new additions?

JAWS VII if the sharks doesn’t get you the vampires do.
the figures look good.
The inquisitors use of magic means suffer from Stigmata so have bleeding hands. ☺
Ah, that makes more sense now.
Nosferatu will be the next recruit for my Strigoi and I had already decided to pick up the Vatican starter but that Knight will be grabbed as well.
I wasn’t expecting the Spanish inquisition …
I always wanted a pet sharkdog.
AHAHAHAH
ok i’m italian and i have to tell u this
in my own language shark is translated into “pescecane” wich literally means fishdog.
the correct translation of shark would be “squalo” but “pescecane” is a synonym!^^
So in a way I was right…
So these are the public release of last years Kickstarter. Great to see everyone else getting these fantastic minis.
