Warlord Drop More Details On Bolt Action Summer Offensive

Warlord Games have given some more interesting information on their upcoming Bolt Action Summer Offensive. If you like the idea of trying to rewrite World War II with your games then find out more...
The Offensive will launch in two weeks time and be spread out over a six week period which will fit into the years of the War itself.
- Week 1 – 1939 – 1940
- Week 2 – 1940 – 1941
- Week 3 – 1941 – 1942
- Week 4 – 1942 – 1943
- Week 5 – 1943 – 1944
- Week 6 – 1944 – 1945
I like that once one player logs their results the details are fired over to their opponent so there can't be any shenanigans as you plot your advance into occupied France and Germany or maybe island hopping in the Pacific.
"Each week, you can play games of Bolt Action using the new rules we’ll be introducing during the course of the campaign and a specific scenario each week to represent the era being covered. Players then log-in, and register their results."
The more games you play, the more battles you log and the more scenarios you undertake could net you some great rewards too which is nice of Warlord. The actual set-up seems very well done and hopefully this time refining the program will make for a streamlined experience for people wanting to log their results.
I think this could be a good reason to break out the Bolt Action army and, even if you're just playing a little skirmish, try and influence the flow of warfare across the world in the campaign. These kind of global affairs are always fun to get involved in.
Will you be joining in?

Looks very interesting. Good to see a company like Warlord bite the bullet and try for something ambitious like this too.
Will definitely be signing up for this – my first outings with my new German army (change of style from my US Airborne)
Looking forward to this.
