Liking the build so far.
Is there any reason for going with the Camo Beige over the Middlestone, or was that just a preference?
late war as supplies started to run down there was a noticeable difference in colours for the vehicles, early to mid I would use middlestone, but late war it’s much closer to the camo beige. The greens and browns also changed shades as well.
my SS are being painted in a similar vein, peadot with the occasional fieldgrey tunic or trousers and then oak leaf spring and autumn on the smocks and helmet covers to break things up a bit.
Like you said cocktail stick is the way to go when doing the peadot, the spots are too large realistically but at 28mm it gives a great impression of the pattern. I also only use a reduced pallet of 4 colours rather than the 5 peadot should have
Great looking army! Any idea on which SS division you will go for? Leibstandarte seems very accurate, as you already have the Tiger, so you could go for Franz Staudegger, especially since everybody usually goes for Wittmann. My SS army is the 12th SS lead by Kurt Meyer, I will see if I can upload some pics to show you my camouflage painting scheme. Keep up the good work on this great vlog!
I went with Oak leaf for mine. Which ever camo pattern you go with the smocks and Zeltbahn were reversible so a mixture of Spring and Autumn would look more accurate to me.
I prefer Oak Leaf camo rather than Pea-dot personally. Oak Leaf can be bad enough when you have dozens and dozens to paint, but Pea-dot makes your eyes go funny.
A few things.
1) when I assemble my stuff, I leave the guns assembled but off the bases. That way I can basecoat the crew with my infantry and the guns separately with my vehicles. Makes it easier than having to hand pain5 one or the other.
2) for pea-dot camo, one of the tricks is to ensure the dots are brighter and richer then actual camo colors. Otherwise, they tend to just meld together and you loose the effect.
@johnlyons these might help for ideas

they should look great finished the peedot will be time consuming but will look fantastic completed.
I did Pea dot on mine but after seeing The War Gamer’s – Plane Tree Autumn Camo as referred to by @grimwolfuk, going to give that a go, it looks really good, like the sponge technique to do the dot pattern
Sorry John can`t help with the WSS camo, i`ve never used it.
Liking the look of the Plane Tree Autumn Camo, may give it a try.
