Looking really good, looking forward to seeing them ‘in the flesh’ at boot camp.
After all this sand at work and at home, you must be ready to give in and paint something pink by now?
Looks outstanding – awesome job!
To quote my 3yr old “those are some lovely tanks”
Love it all the tarp over the equipment looks brilliant.
The tarp looks great . Are you going to add on vehicle stowage ( fuel cans , boxes , tarps etc) to the tanks , very prominent in photos from that time and theater ?
I’d love to give the army a second pass after the bootcamp to do just that 🙂
Really nice idea for the cover, i’ll have to give that a try. I’ve used paper in the past but could always see the fibres coming through, then a friend told me about ventilation duct tape, it’s more robust than tinfoil and takes paint really well once primed.
would be very happy to face that beautiful force on a table.
Simple is good.
It makes it easier to copy, especially for people new to painting this sort of stuff.
Which is where I like to paint. Simple, easy to follow and looking good 🙂 I don’t think the internet needs another super high-skilled tutorial guy 😉
Hey @johnlyons when is this grudge match set to take place? will it be at the bootcamp?
