You know what, I don’t play or collect bolt action, and I probably never will. But I always really enjoy the coverage of the game, so looking forward to this.
That is a nice looking table guys!
I’ll be ordering my first set of Bolt Action stuff this week. You guys have convinced me.
Please make the next Bootcamp a bolt-action one 🙂
My heart is bleeding that I can’t make this bootcamp. A bolt-action one would be a must attend for me. Still haven’t been convinced by this game, but it looks nice and everybody says how good it is.
Very nice looking game table nice job Lloyd. But cant wait for the Dropzone commander weekend its going to be the highlight of my year.
Was that a captured Panther I saw there? If so is it ‘standing in’ for a US vehicle or are you playing it as a Panther (which can’t be veteran according to the recent FAQs)?
That’s my captured Panther. We had been talking about it yesterday and I said I would be happy to play it as an inexperienced Panther, since the British crew didn’t have time to train on captured weapons.
Cuckoo?! 😀
Aha! The Pot Noodle Palette!
i’ve had the pleasure of meeting andy. top bloke. and really enjoying the coverage. fingers crossed for a bolt action boot camp, already have permission slip from the wife!
Thank you sir!
There will be a BA boot camp and I will be there 🙂
Great news! I hope I can be there too!
awesome!
love the table guys. the phone is HD its a Handy Device?
@Warren mate, you quite literally made me produce an autonomic response to that table… I saw the painting etc. in the beginning and I was like.. yeah, ok, looks alright… but when you scanned the table my jaw opened and my eyebrows popped – well done! looks amazing!
A really cool table for BOLT Action. I have the starter for the game I just need to sit down glue it and paint it 🙂 Each news on this site gets me one step closer to dropping every other project and moving to BOLT. For the Vlog!
That table is really impressive!! I can’t wait for the videos and eye candy that will come with it. You guys got me to buy into the Bolt Action game and I really like it. My bank account however doesn’t. LOL!!
Bolt action has been exploding here in my area of the world. ( Charleston WV) I really can’t wait to see the Bolt action episodes.
Warren…your not alone! I decided to start a Russian force as my first Bolt action army!
female snipers FTW!
We are starting small (500 points) but I will still have over 30 figures in my force (no tanks at first).
your demo video was a big help in getting our local store owner into the game.
Andrew is one of the nicest guys Ive have had the pleasure of meeting
Good stuff but ermm.. Just realised Bolt Action Locked & Loaded Show abbreviates to BALLS. I leave the innuendo to @warzan..
So hope there’s more bootcamps, would bave loved to be ln the DZC one, but couldn’t quite make it.
Actually it would go BoW BALLS. Ah English language and pronunciation with all the great word plays 🙂 Sorry, literally could not stop myself.
Dont forget the series title is the big bolt action locked and loaded show. which would be The Big BALLS.
Bolt Action table looked great, top job Lloyd!
Really looking forward to the series, been waiting for some proper coverage since you did the demo game! 🙂
The terrain looks great, really am looking forward to seeing the show start running. Must admit 4 weeks between episodes is way too long, I am way too impatient (worse than waiting to see the next episode of Flash Gordon on every Saturday morning), maybe squeeze it down to fortnightly, pretty please. Is there going to be a build and painting aspect to the Bolt Action series to go with the game playing side? Like as you have picked 3 different armies, the build and painting of a British/German/Russian, Infantryman/Tank/Transport Vehicle/Recce Vehicle? Also as a side note if you are… Read more »
Are you going to be covering Tank War aspect of Bolt Action as well as the standard game?
Awesome table!
It’s been a great week filming the hints & tips. I’m sure you guys will enjoy them as they come out.
And I am sure we will move onto a Tank War game or two at some time in the future!
That really looks impressive. Really looking forward to this.
Thanks very much for this guys. Just flopped into my chair from long hard week at work, cracked a beer and the first thing I find is a vlog about my favourite game! :]
Even if the monastery doesn’t work you can still use the gravestones. France is covered in small village cemetaries. Most often they’re just walled off squares with gravestones and one gate leading in. Having a church right next to it is optional.
@warzan Warren I know you guys have all the money stuff figured out about moving the hobby stuff. However, if you want my humble opinion I say you guys should move it. I love the hobby labs you guys do. My favorite has to be the asteroid one. If moving it means more great content for hobby lab then I think it would be well worth the cost and only improve the great backstage content that you provide.
