@johnlyons so that explains those tanks 😉
I think he never really needs to explains the tanks …
I’d start demanding explanations if it weren’t tanks 😉
Well that’s true, but this comment was based on the fact that he told me yesterday that he had lots of tanks to get done… lol
lol excellent.
and to finish with “where the f*cks my burger” I would have said exactly the same.
Looking forward to watching the grudge match.
Will burgers be served to the audience at the grudge match?
Love the new John comedy bits. Keep them coming! And I hope John destroys Charlie.
… And this is why I love the BoW guys!!! .. er.. time for a burger run.
lmao
hang on, so when @lancorz said he couldn’t do the hobby hang out, “wait until you see the vlog”, he meant him and John had went to burger king…. where’s my f’ing burger!
@avernos yours was at top of the bag and they had to eat yours to get to theirs.
how very Stan Laurel of them
@johnlyons old expert model tank commander avail!
@johnlyons have sneaky plan paint up 2 x Centurion 5’s on Afika Korps colours and claim they are @warzan historically accurate from movie with Victor Mature ‘No Time to Die’.
Charlie has to use Cromwells also accurate from movie.
That was epic! 😀 😀
I love John’s stunt driving, too! **Professional driver on closed course … do not attempt.**
Although to be 100% honest and fair – I don’t have too much sympathy for John here, since he has handed me one of the most humiliating defeats … on camera, in that cage … in the history of modern warfare. 🙁
Epic line though … “I have two things …” 😀 😀
That was really funny ? never come between a man and his burger let alone his tanks. @johnlyons it’s on mate, the gauntlet has been thrown down and I think a return email is in order ????
Oh, and now I have that damned song stuck in my head.
Cheers, for that. 🙁
Re-livin’ the 90s all over again.
A parallel universe of black trench coats, grunge and bad techno, and samurai swords.
@oriskany what song? or am I being dense.
@Bobcockayne –
Band: Nirvana
Track: “Breed”
Album: “Nevermind” 1991
(their debut album and widely recognized as the beginning of the 1990s Seattle Grunge movement).
*** a historical editor’s work is never done. 😀
Is it really ‘history’ if you lived through it? 😉 😛
@enginseer that buggers up calling a lot of stuff history in my case.
There’s getting to be a lot of stuff like that for me too. 🙂
Who was it that said:
“If it’s more recent than a hundred years then it isn’t history. It’s current events.”
You missed out Heart Shaped Box.
like!
Except Bleach was their debut album not Nevermind 😉
Hold on a second, all those boxes of lovely BA goodness were German, @johnlyons have you changed you allegiance??
Well, @buggeroff, it remains to be seen whether they survived that car drive. 😀
HAHAHAAHAH 😉
They were all made into one vehicle with 17 guns. “I’ll show Charlie. Let’s see what he does against this.” 😀 😀 😀
Indeed they were @enginseer – @johnlyons has made them all into one vehicle with more guns that the law should allow. And when I saw “law” I mean the laws of physics.
Secret intelligence photo already smuggled out of BoW Studios.
You didn’t get this from me.
Needs red paint and some dags, then it’d be perfect! 😀
@enginseer – Is this better?
@oriskany perfect!
@oriskany Yezz!! Dat’s roit proppa!
Awesome, @enginseer . 🙂 “I gotz et roit!”
And now you see, @oriskany ? Everybody has the orkiness inside them. You just have to search inside yourself and let it shine out like the rusty jagged-edged piece of shrapnel that it is! 😀
@oriskany Hes put a little trailer to provide fuel for Crocodile Flame thrower and a flail at the front since above was taken
OMG, so it’s even worse than we thought! 😀
That was epic ? This is why we pay for Backstage.
And a good reminder for us all to keep an emergency supply of Wehrmacht available.
I see John drives the same sh*t make and model of car I do
majorly lol’ed at this! so very good!
I’m concerned that there is German heavy equipment hidden in the back of an American Vehicle!!! I never saw that in any of @oriskany ‘s articles!
What can I say, @collins? They often disregard my historical research. 🙁
Just kidding of course. Hey, North Africa saw plenty of “Jerry Cans” in the back of American halftracks and trucks, so you really could say this video has historical precedent! 😀
@oriskany remember reading book on Desert war by a War Reporter with Desert force/8th Army when I was knee high to grasshopper , bit kids own but he does glow over German Jerry cans over the usless things they were issued with, only good for making desert kitchens for spam fritters and tea.
Granted, the Americans did come into WW2 with their own “jerrycans,” but these were a pre-war design that came straight out of Germany (German and American manufacturing companies were partnered in some way) and even these were inferior to ones made in Germany because of changes made in the American manufacturing.
@oriskany perhaps @bobcockayne is not referring to American cans but rather the British petrol cans, nicknamed flimsies because they were so flimsy, insubstantial and easily damaged. Most petrol shipped to the theatre by the British was lost through flimsy cans breaking rather than being used or lost through combat actions. check the below link to see some picture of flimsies: http://www.exploringoverland.com/overland-tech-travel/2012/8/17/irreducible-imperfection-the-flimsy.html
That was really really good. Well done John, et. al. !
Now I’m hungry for a burger. Where is that frying pan….
HAHA Brilliant
Ah, that perked up my night shift. Made me giggle. I love vids like this. Very well done guys. Haha, the intensity ‘on pause’ for food, obliviously. ROFL.
We need those crappy twilight esque t-shirts. #teamjohn all the way.
Yay john does hot fuzz PS @warzan that was you’re burger !
fanfethingtastic!!!! morning coffee out through the nose…..again!!! @oriskany I want that tank!! very orky!!!
@irshsteve it does have a certain charm!
Glad you like it, @irishsteve – I’ll be honest, I had to Google what “dags and checks” were. Finally found something on 40K TV. For “dags” I kept getting quote from that annoying “Snatch” movie.
Ya like dags? Ya, dags? D’ye like dags?”
Bottom……………….mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
