The Senegalese Tirailleurs Begin The Fighting In The Bolt Action Colonies

More support comes your way for the French in Bolt Action as Warlord Games put together the Senegalese Tiralleurs, a deadly unit out of Africa that were feared by the Germans for their ferocity...
These soldiers were raised from colonies across Africa but took the title of Senegalese as a mark of honour named after the first regiment raised in Senegal. These soldiers were deadly in their defence in France and were both feared and despised by the Germans for their expert use of their melee weapons, the Coupe-Coupe.
In the set you get regular infantry as well as an NCO with rifle, a soldier with a VB launcher and a two man machine gun team for mowing down your foes.
Not a bad set of infantry for mixing it up in World War II!

Those are really neat.
Very cool, love the depth that Warlord are adding to the Bolt Action line-up. You get the feeling that in 4-5 years there will be a mental amount of different stuff you can get.
rock hard troops too!! pretty sure it was these lads amongst other north African units and Leclerc’s 2nd Armoured formed the bulk of the vanguard of the French army by the end of the war. North Africa, Italy and the liveration of southern France if I remember correctly… Ever seen Days of Glory? (2006) follows 4 Algerians through from 1943 when they first join up right up to Alsace, not bad, for a French war film hehe
