Weave Creepy & Spooky Quilts In Patchwork: Halloween Edition
October 7, 2021 by fcostin
Looking to get in theme with the Halloween season on your tabletop? I find board games incredibly therapeutic, and one of my most favourite board games is getting a Halloween edition.
Patchwork: Halloween Edtion by Lookout Games is making its way onto the tabletop, as players create the most aesthetically pleasing patchwork quilt, with a Halloween Twist.

In Patchwork, 2 players will compete to score the most points in an attempt to place tiles around a 9x9 board. The Halloween edition however has a few spooky changes to the game. Players will need to utilise time and eyeballs when weaving the quilt, but fortunately, players will be rewarded those eyeballs straight back.
By the end of the game, the player with the most eyeballs left and whoever managed to pick the best patches will be crowned the winner.

Around Christmastime, I tend to get out my Christmas themed Patchwork out and it truly makes me feel jolly and ready for the Christmas spirit. I cannot wait to repeat the same process with the Halloween edition too. I am a sucker for seasons and holidays so when I can incorporate my tabletop gaming in theme with that - I am one happy bunny.
Taking about 30 minutes to play, and pitched for ages 8+ the upcoming Halloween Edition will be hitting retail on the 15th of October - right in time for Halloween!
