Warren Meets The Colour Monster [Comment To Win]
May 28, 2019 by crew
It's not easy getting kids to talk openly about their feelings, that is until they play award winning children's game The Colour Monster from Devir Games.
Having played The Colour Monster with his own kids, Warren talks with David Esbri of Devir about how the mechanics work to enable open conversations with your kids that would be otherwise difficult to illicit.
The mechanics are simple for even the youngest of kids to pick up and express themselves with parents or educators.
If you want to be in with a chance of winning this or any of the other Devir Games we've been playing, be sure to comment below.

go on , buy this , it will go out of print sooner than your kids will.
This game is so important for children, but also for adults and elderly people.
my wife works with older people in combination with children , and also uses similar games
this will certainly be added to her collection
this game can win many more prises!
great game, Devir games.
Wow, this looks avery clever game for young children. I’m involved with a specialist school on a voluntary basis and sometimes get to play games with some of the older children (over 10). We like to find games that help children prepare for the rest of their lives, for example I’ve introduced some RPGs to role-play with. This looks very useful for some of the younger children.
If I were to win this would be donated to the school, but don’t let that influence the draw 😉
sounds a good fun game an if this helps kids even better.
Hi so this is the first time I’ve registered for this site. I’ve got a 4yr old and another bun in the oven, this game looks really great and I want to get it, I’m also going to recommend it to some family members that work in early years as they will love this. However (I’m in UK) and I can’t find this game for sale anywhere at the moment… There was also no mention of a timeline for release (if it isn’t released yet) in the interview, perhaps you could let us know how/when/where we can get it?
Hi, welcome to the site!
I believe the game is seeing it’s UK release at UKGE this weekend.
This is a great looking game going to buy it for my nephew (and his parents)
A wonderful idea for a game.
Certainly getting this, perfect way to try and introduce a way of talking to your kids, even better that through a game it can put the parents in a more relaxed mindset to try and tackle subjects to.
Going to have a copy ready for my game club to as we are going to be running special sessions for parents to come along and bring kids to try games and help with somewhere to take kids that need special care but miss out a lot on our hobby.
What a great game for kids! Could see my niece and nephews playing this and learning to get on better
Brilliant idea and execution for this game. Having kids it’s often a mystery what is going on inside their heads – a game like this could really help open up that communication.
Wow great idea, definitely getting this to play with my kids
This would be a nice game to play with my niece.
Love this! such great tricky concept to work with but play out in a game, brilliant 😀
