Games Workshop dropped another interesting bit of news for those who are playing Warhammer Quest: Cursed City. Nemesis, the final expansion for the Age Of Sigmar-based Warhammer Quest board game is coming soon.

Shop Warhammer Quest @ Store.OnTableTop
Nemesis sees your heroes back in Ulfenkarn for one last job. You've chased off Radukar once, battled against a band of Vampire usurpers and now you have to save Haven and its survivors from a returned Radukar The Wolf. He is fed up and now just wants to kill everyone!
Nemesis Contents // Warhammer Quest: Cursed City
Inside the set, you'll get NO new miniatures but a detailed Quest Book which allows you to dive into this continuing horror-filled saga. There are also new rules that affect the changing conditions on the battlefield that has become Haven. You'll be fighting through collapsing and ruined districts of Ulfenkarn and facing off against fearsome foes.
There are also brand new Major Actions that you can use and Exalt Tokens which can be gained from exploring the Nemesis quest. Past foes might be summoned back to the tabletop including the likes of Watch Captain Halgrim and Gorslav The Gravekeeper.
Miniatures-wise, you will need to pick up a Wight King, Necromance and a unit each of Grave Guard, Vargheists and Dire Wolves. You will also NEED a copy of Warhammer Quest: Cursed City (obviously) but also Nightwars in order to play Nemesis.
Nemesis (at the time of writing) is sold out online so if you're wanting to continue your adventures in Ulfenkarn you'll want to try and find a copy from your local Warhammer store. Maybe we'll see Games Workshop re-released Nightwars online to help those who missed out.
Are you going to be snapping up Nemesis when it releases soon?

Money money money is King.
So not worth it.
This game is not even that fun to begin with.
I am genuinely curious what went wrong with the whole Cursed City release as clearly this all did not develop the way it was intended. From the aborted, disowned first release of the box, through the multiple releases earlier this year and now two extensions in close succession that most likely were thrown together in a way not planned. Sure there was the pandemic, supply chain issues, Brexit, the whole production expansion in Nottingham and the release schedule for AoS in general etc.. I can’t believe that GW is really satisfied with how things went but also went through the… Read more »
I’ll get a copy, just like I got a copy of Nightwars. My group played the crap out of Blackstone, but too late for me to get hold of the expansions except through very expensive ebay listings. We’re just starting out with Cursed City, but so far it’s going down great and if we get to the end game stuff I don’t want to be kicking myself for missing out. Especially since the first one cost my 20quid delivered, can’t see this one being any different.
I got cursed city thinking it be like black stone where we have some nice expansions over time, but boy what a mess… expansion one, no figures or even tokens and sold out.. and then a second and last one coming next needs more figures and the sold out expansion also before as well.
A total mess of a whole product one, and really don`t trust them again with the whole warhammer quest line up…
It’s a shame that whatever roadmap was originally planned for Cursed City never came about. Blackstone Fortress had five full expansions and two extra card decks (plus a load of bits in WD) but this is being rounded off with only two. That’s assuming you could even call Nemesis a proper expansion, it’s essentially rules for units that have been around since Warhammer Fantasy. Blackstone Fortress was original sculpts throughout.
