Warhammer: Diskwars Flips Out Over Dwarfs & Undead

Fantasy Flight Games has no sooner released the game Warhammer: Diskwars that it has announced two expansions. Below you can check out both Hammer & Hold and and Legions of Darkness which bring both Dwarfs and Vampire Counts to the table!
Hammer & Hold brings you the forces of the Dwarfs (so I will be picking this up if the game shapes up well) and also provides you with reinforcements in the shape of Wood Elves and Lizardmen.
Legions of Darkness also helps the Forces of Destruction and the Vampire Counts to proceedings as well as allowing reinforcements alongside Skaven and Dark Elves. Each set comes with enough to make a full army and masses of cards and options for making your faction.
I was pretty much going to write off this game but according to reviews and a few mentions it's actually a lot of fun. I might have to find a demo of this at a convention or find someone who has it and learn how to play. I am certainly more inclined to give it a go with Dwarfs added to the fray!

A hero’s recruitment points can only be used for buying units in their own regiment, so you have to make some tough choices. Great to see the Dwarves and Vampire Counts enter the fray. From what I hear, they get enough disks to… Read more »
I really enjoy this game, as it has some great mechanics. It’s also a great way to have battles in the Warhammer world without having to spend a bajillion dollars.
