War Machine Hero Pack Soars Into FFG’s Marvel Champions

There has been another preview over at Fantasy Flight Games, with another hero joining the ever-growing roster of Marvel Champions. James Rhodes, or better known as War Machine is suiting up alongside Tony Stark with advanced tech added to his suit, ready to join the Guardians, The Avengers and many others in the path to take down Thanos, in the Mad Titan's Shadow.
War Machine Hero Pack // Marvel Champions
Suited up with an array of automated weapons, equipped to cause havoc and war, War Machine is making his way into the game with a pre-made Leadership deck - equipped with an arsenal of the onslaught of weapons and upgrades who is not afraid to take a bit of damage on the front line of battle.
Considering the link between Tony Stark and James Rhodes, do you really think Tony would be sending him out without the ability to pack a nasty punch? Or explosion? War Machine play's extremely offensively, storing up a ridiculous amount of ammo counters to then unleash a rain of bulleted terror against enemies. With this timed correctly, I cannot see much getting past Rhodey!

I never really anticipated having War Machine as an ally against the all-powerful Thanos, but this tank of a machine is a deadly combination to be reckoned with. Especially on-side tag-teaming with Tony Stark or Black Panther.
Working alongside these allies will be deadly. Known for his noble deeds and justice-themed personality, War Machine has the ability to be quite the leader - enabling him to call on Iron Man to help suit up, and Black Panther's cheeky benefit of gaining another card.
War Machine is quite the unit! And once players can get their timings correctly, and become familiar with Rhodey in battle, he is sure to be a front-line attacker that you will want against Thanos.
Are you tempted to get your hands on the War Machine Hero Pack?
