Earlier way back in January, Portal Games announced their upcoming Batman-themed title that is set to be released this month, as players step into the role of investigators centring around The Dark Knight in the upcoming title, Batman Everybody Lies.

As 2-4 players keep their eyes on the bat symbol in the sky, as they will be cooperating in a series of story-telling and crime-solving deductions on cases centric to Gotham. Plus the chance to hunt for mysteries as detectives and reporters in the shadows of the caped crusader himself.

We knew what kind of missions we might be headed on, diving into Arkham Asylum or seeking refuge in the Batcave. However, it wasn't announced what kind of villains these regular Joes might be facing up against when it comes down to their grilling investigations. Although, you can get suited up in Latex and explore investigations as Catwoman herself.

Players can expect to be weaved within the webs of iconic Batman villains: The Penguin, Poison Ivy, Mr. Freeze, Killer Croc, Dollmaker, and Scarecrow - as they will be making their debut in the board game title.

The game is set to be released this month, with pre-orders currently live on the Portal Games website and at a large range of online retailers. Ready for release on May 19th for roughly £30-£40.
