Uwe Rosenberg’s Reykholt Arriving At SPIEL ’18 In English
March 20, 2018 by brennon
The masterful Uwe Rosenburg, the mind behind wonderful games like Patchwork, Cottage Garden and not to mention Agricola has a new game arriving in English at SPIEl '18 this year, Reykholt.
The game, published by both Frosted Games and Renegade Game Studios, sees you as farmers on Iceland, looking to benefit from the wonderful geothermal energy that the land offers. You will be working to produce the right vegetables, and in enough quantities to provide for eager tourists who are visiting the island.
With a race and worker placement feel to the mechanics this one sounds like it fits right into Rosenburg's wheelhouse. I look forward to learning more about this game, especially since the cover art looks so wonderfully quaint!
Will you be keeping an eye on this one?
