Upcoming Zombicide 2E Expansion Doubles Player Count!
February 16, 2022 by fcostin
Looking to expand your Zombicide Second Edition game into more tactics, teamwork and brutality? CMON has announced that they will be releasing a new expansion to the undead title. No, we are not wandering into new territories, nor gaining some filthy new opponents to contend with. We are getting the Extra Players Upgrade Set, providing a few extra strings to your bow for success.
Upgrade Set // Zombicide Second Edition
Adding six extra players to Zombicide 2E, players will be doubling their player count for larger and more diverse gameplay. Taking the initial play of 6 survivors up to twelve. Adding more plastic dashboards, equipment, trackers, counter bases and a rules leaflet to broaden the horizon of undead takedowns.
This will be quite the exciting one for a cheeky games night, as I often find it difficult to find board and card games for my tabletop crew with 6+ players that don't take us into another social deduction party game. Now we can expand our game of Zombicide with new survivors to help tackle the onslaught of the undead.

Don't worry, you won't have to wait too long to expand the game. Players will be able to get their hands on the new expansion next week! Heading to retail on February 25th, the Extra Players Upgrade Set will be available for roughly $24.99, which will be roughly £20.oo for anybody in the UK looking to double their player count in Zombicide 2E.
