Vesuvius Media have gone live on Kickstarter, placing forest-dwelling dwarves in the centre of the trouble. Unlike their usual antics of mining, gambling and axe throwing, Dwar7s: Spring encourages players to have their minds on expanding their kingdom after staying cooped up during the harsh winter.

Dwar7s: Spring is a family weight engine building title where players will be stepping beyond their walls and fortifications and into the wild. You will be placing new settlements and seeing what opportunities can arise across the map for Dwarfdom!

With enough courage to now leave the fort given the change of season, a beastly ally stayed close for protection and was keen on keeping close. With dragon eggs can be found by the dwarves with the confidence to hack and slash through the horrors which were witnessed over the winter. These dragons can be trained and used as wonderous companions for taking tiles on the map.

Sitting around the table, each player will be focused on dwarven expansion and will be heading out across the map to build up new camps for additional dwarven units. However, it's not going to be a piece of cake when exploring! Around every corner of the map, fantastical monsters are lurking and defeating them will require players to go on a recruiting spree.

Monsters are foes to many fantastical creatures that you may meet on your path. By liberating fairies from the evil grasp of monsters across the grid, payers will receive magic to fuel their crusade across the land.
