Blood & Steel is a new project on Kickstarter right now from Trafalgar Editions which looks to see them create some cool 32mm miniature for use in an arena battle game.

Blood & Steel (Main)

As an arena-based game, you will take control of miniatures inspired by mythologies around the world and duke it out on the blood-soaked sands. Each of them has their own powers and abilities making for different experiences depending on the God or Monster that you choose.

Scatha Miniature - Blood & Steel

The game is a small one, with just three characters in the basic box - Scatha, Thor and the Minotaur. However, they are looking to add more as they go.

Thor Miniature - Blood & Steel

Gameplay is also meant to be simple and a typical bout between heroes lasts around fifteen or twenty minutes meaning you could keep coming back to the table to try out new combinations.

Minotaur Miniature - Blood & Steel

They are looking into all manner of different mythological cultures including Norse and Greek as you'll have seen above. Stretch Goals are looking ahead to other pantheons including the Egyptians with Anubis here...

Anubis Unlock - Blood & Steel

It's a small project from a start-up team and there still needs to be some polish in the midst here I reckon BUT it might be worth checking out for the models alone. See what you think.
