In Born to Serve, you are a superhero that has found themselves down on their luck. With no funding to speak of, it may be time to sell the invisible jet and pawn that superhero cape.

Luckily, the local restaurant has a service job available. Unluckily, however, you are not the only applicant, and other needy superheroes have come forth in search of the only minimum-wage job in town. Battle against your former allies for the glory of clearing tables in this new strategic placement game now on Kickstarter!

Each hero has five service markers which they can use during the round. Service markers can either be placed on a table to show you have served that customer or given to restaurant staff who can help you earn more money.

Each hero also has two superpowers which they can utilize to bend rules in their favour. At the end of service, the hero who gave most of his service to the table wins the lion's share of the tips on that table, while other players get half of the tip value for each service marker they contributed. The player who earns the most tips wins gainful employment and gets the only available job in town!
