Stonemaier Games’ Wingspan Takes Birdwatching Digital

Stonemaier Games is going to be taking the delightful Wingspan to digital formats with a release on Steam in the near future. This means if you don't have your friends around for the weekend you can still get in a spot of birdwatching.
The game will have full AI-controlled opponents and lots of nice little tweaks like animated birds and the sweet sounds of the wilderness. The game will feature plenty of options for multiplayer with your friends too if you want to take things online.
Wingspan is a beautiful looking game which is perfect for those love a bit of birdwatching and its medium-weight gameplay makes it a great introduction for those who want to dive into board gaming.
Since I don't have the actual tabletop version of the game this might be a nice option for me to get to play this!

I’ve been getting my physical copy on the table as often as possible with anyone who sits still long enough. Not that difficult as it’s such an attractive presentation, and gameplay is not complicated so easy to pick up, and the theme is entertaining.
