Steamforged Announce 10-Day RuneScape Campaign On Kickstarter

For those excited by the announcement from Steamforged Games regarding the upcoming RuneScape board game title: RuneScape Kingdoms: Shadow of Elvarg - you will be delighted to know that the Kickstarter campaign date has been nailed down!

If you have been keen on the idea of exploring the world of Gielinor in a new open-world experience, we can expect to see that campaign head over to Kickstarter on May 31st.

Steamforged has teamed up with Jagex, and has promised to bring a new experience to the tabletop for 'Scapers. Extending the world, and promising that cooperative title can be played any way that the player chooses. Fishing, fighting, or casting - it's your game and if you wish to spend hours crafting and cooking - you can indeed do so with their newly announced Skiller. Wielding a chef's hat, Pickaxe and Fishing Rod - there's plenty to do to hone in on skills.

The campaign will indeed be a short one, only lasting 10 days in total similar to previous Steamforged Games campaigns. But, there is a follow page over on Kickstarter if you did want to get yourself a notification for when the campaign is live.

But in the meantime, Steamforged Games will be releasing more information on their blog, and briefly taking over the RuneScape and Old School RuneScape Twitch streams to showcase the RuneScape Kingdoms: Shadow of Elvarg, and answer any burning questions from fans.
