The Ossiarch Bonereapers Scythe Their Way Into Direchasm Soon
March 18, 2021 by brennon
Games Workshop has been previewing another of the warbands coming to Warhammer Underworlds soon. The Ossiarch Bonereapers under the mantle of Kainan’s Reapers are going to be making a statement in Warhammer Underworlds: Direchasm soon.

Mir Kainan here is one of the Mortisan Executioners from this new warband. He looks like he will tower over most of the other characters in the game and he is probably a dab hand with that axe! I have to admit, as quirky and odd the Ossiarch Bonereapers are, this fellow looks like an utter badass.
You get a real sense of martial might with this miniature and there is a glowering "terminator" quality to him. You imagine that he is utterly relentless once set on his course. In addition to being available for Warhammer Underworlds, there will be some rules on the way to include them alongside other Ossiarch Bonereapers.

The Ossiarch Bonereapers are stepping in to close out May and then June gets quite odd. I'm still not quite sure what faction this might be for but I'm thinking it could probably be Idoneth Deepkin? It could be some undersea creature floating around the wreckage of some downed ship.
If you folks have been keeping up with Warhammer Underworlds, will you be snapping up these new warbands?

That is one lovely miniature.
“Boner” *giggles*
Ooh that’s a fabulous looking figure for any game with a reaper in it.
There are a lot of Ossiarchs … let’s say not to my taste. This one’s stunning though!
I really like the Underworld Minis in general, find them incredibly useful for ready made adventuring parties (use the Grymwatch as one of my ranger groups for Rangers of Shadow Deep)
Personally I love the really creepy and semi organic, semi mechanical look the Ossiarchs have going, so it’s nice to see a new one! And the addition of the cool axe-scythe and human-skin tabard really give him some personality
That looks really good.
He’s cool. I like him.
