Mischief & Malice Expansion Coming To Marvel Villainous

A new expansion is on the way from Ravensburger for those wanting to expand the options available to them when playing Marvel Villainous. Mischief & Malice adds three new villains into the mix for you to use in this quick, fun strategy board game.

As you might have guessed from the cover, Loki is one of the characters that you'll be able to use in Marvel Villainous. He is seeking to spend ten "mischief" in order to achieve his goal. Madame Masque is looking to defeat eight Marvel heroes and M.O.D.O.K wants to activate the Cosmic Cube. The asymmetry of the objectives in Villainous is one of its great selling points!

Mischief & Malice is technically an expandalone and you can play this without the core Infinite Power set for Marvel Villainous. But, this obviously limits the players you can use (to three) and the options available as a whole. I think this could be a fun option for those who already have Infinite Power and want to spice things up, randomly dealing out villains to the players at the tabletop.
I really appreciate that the artwork used in Villainous and Marvel Villainous looks like it has been handled with care and attention. This isn't a lazy game by any means. The team at Ravensburger including Michael Mulvihill have done a sterling job of avoiding just using random screenshots and such. It's very cool.
Villainous is a really fun game worth taking a look at, especially if you're seeking to get people new to board gaming to the tabletop. It is light enough on mechanics to make it easy to learn but with strategic depth thanks to the variety of win conditions.
Are you going to be picking this up?

Ooh it’s the Ultron starters pack.
The art work and components on this looks beautiful. I was half expecting the obscure mutant villain “Malice” to actually be in this! ha ha
