Lure Ships To Their Doom In Envy Born Games’ Sirens

Envy Born Games have a neat-looking two-player game coming up later this year with a deadly twist. Sirens sees you competing as different Ancient Greek creatures looking to lure sailors to their deaths in your cove.

During gameplay, you will be trying to sing the most alluring song that will bring sailors to your cliffs for them to be dashed against the rocks. The game is compact and features micro-drafting mechanics where you'll build yourself a deck of cards over two to three rounds and construct the best song.
Each round is identical in that you draft cards and then use those to build a song with the cards they have collected. Each song is scored based on four conditions and the winning song will be the one that lures a sailor onto the rocks. The first person to lure two or three sailors will be the winner.

I love the simple nature of the game and the art from Gabi Naftaly is absolutely stunning. It properly draws you in and you could almost imagine this tale being told around the face of an amphora. I also like that the game features a one-player mode as well which could make this a fun solitaire experience to take with you when you're travelling.
I think it would be neat to check out this game as it pops up at conventions over the coming year so watch out for it!
What song would you use to lure folks onto the rocks?
