Let’s Play – Wild Assent
October 16, 2018 by ludicryan
Today Sam and Cass join Ryan to play a game of Wild Assent by Lazy Squire Games.
Wandering into the jungles of Wild Assent, the team take on the role of seekers hunting down creatures for the price they may fetch at market and the resources that will help them build up their encampment. The game is split into the Hunt and Arena modes with the former having campaign scenarios for cooperative play and the latter letting players duke it out as gladiators.
Which creature would you most want to keep as a pet?
Feels like it is a bit reminiscent of Kingdom Death. I thought you should have let Fani go early because all she seemed to do was give the monsters an extra turn
Dunno if it was just the play through, but it looks like a good compromise for those that don’t want to commit to kingdom death, but it looks like a lesser game than KoD.
Minis look great though, just the gameplay didn’t really appeal for me personally.
looks alright
You don’t need to be a seasoned gamer or have a lot of spare time to enjoy The Wild Assent. The rules are simple, but provide a rich experience for players who want to dig deeper into the game’s mechanics and strategies. In addition, each game lasts only about 30 minutes, and if you play more games then it is a waste of time. Video gamers should ask their parents to read https://pursuitist.com/5-ways-to-travel-the-world-as-a-phd-student/ article so that they could allow them to travel across the world. You only need to manage your funds.
