Let’s Play: Silk [Comment To Win]
May 27, 2019 by dracs
David Esbri from Devir Games joins Sam and Lance in the studio to play one of their new games: Silk.
Silk is a game for 2 to 4 shepherds in which players herd their silkworms around the board so they can graze and gather points. In addition to looking at what other players are doing, each shepherd must look out for the fearsome Ookamy who will chase their precious silkworms off grazing spots. David classes it as a gateway game for those friends who aren't as in to board games but the game has great tactical depth with several possible chain reactions available.

Dudes this is a really lovely game. Congrats, Dave!
Balance? What is this balance you speak of? Tell us precious!
The game looks like its really fun, and easy to play. I love the meeples, and the artwork. The board with dice options is a nice easy way to see what to do, instead of looking the rulebook all the time ;D
This is the type of game I like, simple rules but lots of tactical decisions. Bravo!
This is defiantly on my to buy list, It will be my first meeple game in over 20 years.
