Let’s Play – Lincoln
October 10, 2018 by ludicryan
Ryan is joined by Katie from PSC Games to play Martin Wallace's new game - Lincoln.
This was an incredibly exciting game for Ryan as it includes some of his favourite mechanics in board games: asymmetry and a reversal of deckbuilding in deck deconstruction. With deck deconstruction, players must remove cards from their hand in order to play certain cards. In combination with the asymmetric objectives, this created an incredibly tense experience.
Have you ever played a deck deconstruction game?

Interesting, I think I will have to take a look at this game seems to be quite a fun simple ACW game.
That reminds me, @commodorerob – I owe you an apology on that “Stars & Bars” discussion we were having in Ireland. While people here in the US tend to apply that that title to all kinds of CSA flags, technically it’s strictly for the original CSA national flag and not the more traditional / familiar variety of battle flags.
@oriskany no apology needed. The CSA had so many different flags, unlike the Union that pretty much had the Stars and Stripes and the Blue Flag with the Eagle 🙂
