It's Lantern Year Twelve in our second series of Kingdom Death: Monster and the survivors are hunting the infamous Dung Beetle Knight.
Warren has rejoined the group so the chances of survivors in pink thongs have increased dramatically.

Warning…. it was a while since I used the Beetle, so I do mess up remembering his Baller action, and actions that cancel if it is not next to the dung ball.
Also the giant stone face does block the ball.
As always learn from our mistakes.
Saying that doubt any of that would have changed things for us.
At 20 mins that ball would have stopped and not gone on the face.
Purely going by the art you could be forgiven for believing DBK just does what he wants.
Would a designated player to ” look after ” the Monster movement / attacks help ? The Monster Controller Card can still be passed around as normal,allowing the players to gain the Insanity Point for choosing themselves as the target and ease the gaming burden on poor @doctorether ?
It does help. The other option is you use the Games Master rules in the back.
Were the GM rules in Version 1 ? I haven’t played a great deal of KD:M at all, so i don’t know if they existed before 1.5 ?
Yup. They are in both versions.
