Whether you have been there from the very beginning, with Call of the Archons, or dipped into the game later with some Mass Mutation. The title has found a home at Fantasy Flight Games since 2018, bringing fans years' worth of content until it was announced that the algorithm for building new decks had hit a halt.
Founder of Fantasy Flight Games, Christian T. Petersen, along with his team and new company Ghost Galaxy had taken hold and acquired the synergy and strategy-adapting card game. Taking its next expansion and the future of KeyForge into new but comfortable territories, in a fresh new opportunity.

The campaign for Keyforge: Winds of Exchange will be hitting Gamefound on September 22, and is said to be introducing new elements into the game. Alongside the simultaneous revival of several older houses such as Brobnar and Mars, players will also be dipping into a new house, the mercantile Compacts of Ekwidon. As we see the first line of KeyForge products after a brief absence.

There is no news so far as to what the Winds of Exchange will be bringing to the Crucible, other than the themes of trade and exchange. But Ghost Galaxy is heading way to Gamefound with an additional product that will see all new players a comfortable 2-Player Starter Set. Given the fresh revive and the return of KeyForge from a new publisher in safe hands, it certainly does seem like a wonderful time to get involved.
If you would like to receive more information on the Wind of Exchange, and the future of KeyForge, be sure to take a visit over to the preview campaign page, already live on Gamefound. If you follow, you'll swag yourself a free Dark Tidings Archon Deck just by showing your interest.

MMmmm No.
“Ghost Galaxy is a new tabletop game publisher dedicated to combining the camaraderie and immediacy of traditional tabletop games with the power of smartphones, tablets, and other digital devices.”
I like to keep my board games strictly digital device free.
It’s interesting that FFG “lost” the software used to construct the decks.
That is a mighty serious occurrence. There should have been multiple backups of that software, and the data it used to make sure every deck was unique, stored in different locations, to prevent such a loss.
Trying to reconstruct that software, or at least it’s functionality, is going to be a pain in the butt.
