Join Gob’Z’Heroes In A New Kickstarter Game By Skulls Mini
January 6, 2016 by brennon
Skulls Mini have been working on bringing a range of wonderfully characterful Goblins to the tabletop in miniature as well as a game to go with it. That game is Gob'Z'Heroes and you can find out more about it below...
In this game for two players you take control of a crew of Goblins ranging from three to six in size and duke it out over boards to win the most victory points as specified by the game scenario. You will have to balance the charisma of your leaders against the appetites of your Goblin allies in order to scrap with the opponent and come out with a win.
If you're interested in getting more in-depth with the rules then you can check them out for download HERE. You can even take this to a four player game if you get yourself two sets giving you the models you need.
The Miniatures
While the game sounds fun I think the models are where this shines. See what you think of some of them below in 28mm scale and made from resin to get the most out of the detail.
You might recognise these models from an IndieGoGo Project that hit last year. I think it's great to see these models popping up to be used in a game although you could very easily just keep them as a nice set to display on the tabletop.
What do you think?

I’d take care backing this. Some of us backed the IndieGoGo Project paid for full miniatures. Never turned up, not replies to posts on the IndieGo or direct emails.
Trying to get money back.
It’s telling the new project is on Kickstarter not IndieGo.
I’m not surprised to hear the minis were a previous campaign. They look a far higher standard than the other components in the box.
Played this the other day and it is deceptively good. Quick, fun and wacky. Makes me think of the film Crank. The models are also great quality.
Apple Bone: Knowing the guys this is quite surprising, I suggest contacting them again, perhaps through their FB page and they’ll sort you out 😉
Thank you whelpslayer for your comment. I am surprised to regarding applenone comment.
