I miss the D20…
Why o why can’t they do the app section in a separate book as this looks to be a fabulous game.
I’m also a no go for the app. But that’s probably what the market wants.
Whilst this looks wonderful in most regards, I can’t help but wonder if the combat is overly complex. Hollow hits and hollow switches, cards to rotate to gain additional effects, who’s stunned and whatnot. I wonder if, in trying to create a tactical experience, CB have made something that is just going to bog down the narrative.
Having played a lot of Aristeia and Defiance I don’t see the core mechanism as bogging things down. It takes a little while to get used to, but only because it is different and not because it is complex, and then it is pretty smooth in action.
Seems interesting enough.
why app…. its lie computer game that you move models on trable.. pointless to me.
The more I look into this, the more I like it. Played the TTS demo and thought it way a lot of fun.
The mechanics looks quite easy to learn but they have lots of different twist to the main rules.
