Mythic Battles: Pantheon’s Hades Gets A Lick Of Paint
July 6, 2016 by brennon
Hades has now come together very nicely with a wonderful paint job by Martin Grandbarbe for Mythic Battles: Pantheon. As one of the main characters in the game I think they've done a top notch job.
He certainly looks like the angry and dangerous brother of Zeus. While he might seem evil - and the glowing red eyes certainly would attest to that - he certainly wasn't all that bad in Mythology. Still, he looks rather dangerous indeed.
I like the pose of the model and the detail worked into the face and beard. He feels very much like he has come straight from the likes of God of War, especially when you see the shield on his back.
The warped shield there looks frightening and I could imagine it containing the screaming souls of the dead within it; emitting an eerie cold around him. What do you think of the miniature?
Drop your thoughts below!

Epic in every sense of the word.
gorgeous model and painting
Very cool miniature, and an amazing paint job to boot.
Very nice. He looks so sinister.
He looks great.
Has he turned up for the end times of brexit?
you could use him for all sorts of things. there is something I really like about this one. I think it is the old school flavour maybe .
Sublime. Something to aspire to. Well, the painting, not Hades…
