Spreading War // Journeys In Middle-earth

The newest expansion has you venturing down into the lands of Gondor and Rohan. There is a brand new campaign featuring fifteen scenarios. Travel between the different Kingdoms Of Men and defend them from encroaching enemy forces.

Spreading War Components - Journeys In Middle-earth

Included within this expansion you'll find brand new heroes, both new and old, who are going to place themselves before the forces of evil. Dwalin descends from the mountains in order to lend the aid of the Dwarves whilst Beorn finds himself embroiled in a new conflict. The Great Bear is ready and I am loving the fact that he's in the mix!

From Rohan and Gondor we also have Freahild and Boromir who are eager to defend their kingdoms. I love that we've got such a wonderful looking set of characters to play with including the Hobbit Calamith Took!

These heroes are also going to be facing down new foes with twenty enemy miniatures included in the expansion.

Spreading War Miniatures - Journeys In Middle-earth

Spreading War Miniatures // Journeys In Middle-earth

Spreading War will help change the fortunes of the two kingdoms. Your quest will take place over a year and the decisions that you make will directly affect how things unfold. Do you prioritise defending one kingdom more than the other? What effect will that have on the way things play out? Find out when you dive into a new adventure later this year.

I am really interested to see how things play out in Spreading War. I wasn't so taken by the original concept for Journeys In Middle-earth but I know that the App has been updated with an easier mode for those who like exploration and adventure. I'm sure others will like the challenge though too.

Are you going to be snapping this up?

"Do you prioritise defending one kingdom more than the other?"
