Hrym is a mighty monster from Jötunheim who crafted the ship Naglfar known as the Ship Of The Dead. Formed from the fingernails and toenails of the dead, it was a vessel that housed both his Jötnar kin and the undead as they made ready to join the final battle during Ragnarok.

Hrym is an impressive figure and stands head and shoulders above regular human miniatures. By comparison, one of the Einjerhar comes up to the top of his shield. In-game, Hrym is master of the icy lands of his kin and so can benefit from icy terrain thanks to his Ice Lord ability. He is also a powerful combatant and can make great sweeping strikes with his glaive, knocking his foes away with huge cleaves.

As well as the monstrous Hrym, we also got a look at the miniature for Fenrir. As a creature that played such an integral role in the events of Ragnarok, he was certainly deserving of an ace sculpt.

Some folks weren't that sold on the look for Fenrir with the sword plunged through his snout. It certainly works with the circumstances of his "final" imprisonment when he tore Tyr's hand off and was wrapped in the ribbon known as Gleipnir, a sword used to prop open his jaw. Now he has broken free and decided that the pain is worth it!

If you don't like the look then you can easily remove the sword with the aid of a knife and some clippers. I think it adds an air of menace to the beast and makes Fenrir look all the more daunting! As you might imagine, Fenrir is now free and starving so he is very adept at hunting and killing his foes. To that end, he has the God Slayer talent which makes Fenrir very good at killing Aesir and Vanir alike.
