Funko Celebrates Disneyworld’s 50th At The Haunted Mansion!

Funko Games have been releasing some fantastic titles recently, bringing some high profile IPs to our tabletops last year. Including The Goonies, The Warriors, Five Nights at Freddy's - there are so many titles, especially ones that strike a nostalgic chord for me!
The Haunted Mansion - Call of the Spirits // Funko Games
I have some wonderful memories of The Haunted Mansion attraction, trips out with my family growing up heading to different theme parks is something I truly treasure!
It seems that Funko is heading back to their older releases with a newer theme, in honour of the 50th Anniversary of Disney World. As they have announced that Disney The Haunted Mansion - Call of the Spirits Game to be released at the end of the month as a variant Magic Kingdom Park Edition.
Magic Kingdom Park? Whatever does that mean, Free? Although this is fundamentally the same game, players will be provided new artwork inspired by the official attraction housed in Disney World. With new artwork focussed around an American Colonial theme, the game will also come with upgraded glow-in-the-dark Hitchhiking ghosts, with an official 50th Anniversary seal on the front of the box.
The game puts 2-6 players inside the Haunted Mansion, making their way through the mysterious rooms of the paranormal hotspot. On the hunt for ghosts, players will traverse through each stage by collecting ghost cards that belong to part of a set - some rarer than others! The person with the most ghosts points will be crowned the hero.

For those who have a bit more of an attraction to an experience rather than the movie rendition - this one will tickle your fancy! If you're in the US, you can find these in special Amazon Treasure Trucks, or if you see one out in the wild, it's certainly worth adding to your Funko collection!
Are you a hoarder of 'Collector's Edition' of board games?
