Help The Forest Thrive In Songbirds

The forest may be beautiful, but it is also a ruthless world of animal survival. In Songbirds, you act as a secret forest spirit, helping your favourite songbird to prosper in your home.

Songbirds (originally Birdie Fight) is an area control card game where players place cards featuring different songbirds in a 5x5 grid. There are four bird 'suits' to choose from, with each suit running from 1-7.

Starting in the middle, players must place their cards beside an already existing card until the grid is full and each player has only one card remaining in their hand. Each column and row has a token which assigns point value, and the bird with the highest value in that line wins the points for their suit.

Players then receive the corresponding total for the suit shown on their last card, plus the value of the card. The player with the most points wins!

Songbirds is an easy-to-play placement game with simple strategy and cute artwork. It is currently available for pre-order through the Daily Magic website.
