New Expansion Coming For Betrayal At The House On The Hill
April 21, 2016 by brennon
Betrayal At The House On The Hill is a classic board game from Avalon Hill which pits a team of investigators against a random haunting within a spooky house. It's a lot of good fun and now an expansion is on the way, Widow's Walk...
This new addition to the game will come with...
- Twenty New Rooms including the Roof and an Unexplored Floor
- New Monsters, Items, Omens, Events
- Fifty Brand New Haunts written by the games lead developer
The original game has loads of replay value and has you wandering around a spooky house looking for clues and more before one of you reveals the haunt (after too many Omens) and ends up potentially becoming the bad guy!
Suddenly the games focus changes and you're now a team of many against one (usually) trying to escape the house or solve some riddle or another.
This looks like a really fun and overdue addition to the game!

I’ve got so many games, including ones I’ve never played, that I haven’t got round to picking this up. Have heard mixed reviews, so would like to know what other people think. It sounds like it would be a lot of fun to me…
I haven’t managed to pick it up either but have always wanted it. Will wheaton plays it on his YouTube series called tabletop. It’s worth looking it up. Made me want the game haha
