Corvus Belli has been dropping more details for their upcoming Sci-Fi game set within the world of Infinity. Infinity Deathmatch: TAG Raid will see you taking control of your mechs and doing battle against each other and a terrifying Megabeast.

TAG Raid is a two-to-four player game that looks to recreate the skirmishes and combat of the Infinity Universe but this time with each of you mounting up in awesome TAG mechs. Each of them has their own way of achieving victory and looks and feels distinct.
In this particular instance, your TAG pilots are battling for control of resources on the planet Dawn. It also seems like something else might have been awoken that you'll perhaps have to team up against to defeat!
TAG Miniatures & More
Talking of TAGs and big beasts, here are some of the previews for the various walkers that you will be able to mount up in. I was immediately struck by how cool these more industrial-style TAGs look!
Cavecrawler // Infinity Deathmatch: TAG Raid
Rockeater // Infinity Deathmatch: TAG Raid
Each of the TAGs are tied to a particular faction from the wider world of Infinity but also a mining corporation that has made its way to Planet Dawn. Yu Jing, Nomads, PanOceanian and Ariadna have taken an interest in the planet and its resources.
Stonebreaker // Infinity Deathmatch: TAG Raid
Tafang // Infinity Deathmatch: TAG Raid
As if the other corporations weren't enough to deal with, each of your TAG pilots are also going to have to face down the terrifying Stoorworm if it raises its ugly head. I am getting a distinct Tremors vibe from this game and this big beastie!

TAG Raid is shaping up to be a fun addition to the expanding Infinity universe. We've had Infinity, CodeOne, Defiance, Aristeia! and now TAG Raid looks to expand upon the board game offerings.
Watch out for the Kickstarter later this year and I imagine we'll be back to show off more on the game closer to launch!
Are you intrigued by Infinity Deathmatch: TAG Raid?

Seems like this one could be right my alley. Oh and those TAG models do look really good.
Corvus Belli know how to make good looking Tags. The only one I’m not drawn to is the Stonebreaker with the ‘golf-ball’ head. Other than that – great work CB!
P.S. I want that Ariadna Tag.
The golf ball head is by far my fav. He’s got a cool, real-world astronaut vibe. everything else feels stylistically interchangable.
I guess it takes all kinds to make a world. Oh, I love your work by the way – I’m a big fan.
Thanks! If you end up picking this up for the minnis I’ll happily take golf ball head off your hands :p
Gladiators Ready Battle robot’s Ready Bigass angry Centipede Ready.
Looks like a great fun game of control the bonuses.
Weirdly: No.
CB has a wonderful range with models that won me over before I knew anything about the game.
These TAG’s lack their signature style for me somehow, maybe because they all feel a bit “Ariadna”. I like the sleek sci-fi stuff they produce more
Might be a great game, but it’s a whole other direction than I thought they would take.
Not necessarily a bad thing, just not for me.
Not in the slightest. I have City Tech if I want clunky models of warmachines.
With the announcement of new material being used on the bigger models and this game all tags will it be in the siocast
Why does that Cavecrawler look like he is eating a human ?
The Infinity TAGS look better than these though. Not sure why, but there is something not quite right.
Maybe it’s the lack of a human model for size reference ?
Not for me but I wish CB the best on this project. Still waiting for a fantasy themed game from them tho 🙂
Yep liking this! Stone breaker is very cool!
It isn’t quite what I expected when first announced so the more industrial, rather than combat TAGs, take some getting used to. Makes sense in the setting they want to put this. Will have to see what exactly comes in the box, would tend towards being excited though.
A unique faster style of mech game. sounds good to me.
