Delve Into The Darkest Doom Board Game Soon From Gamestart Studio!

Gamestart Studio has been teasing a brand new board game project. Darkest Doom might sound terrifying but it ticks a lot of my boxes already. It's a board game and it features anthropomorphic animal heroes!

Darkest Doom comes from Zattini Mario and features art by Denis Medri and Davide De Bellis. It also features stunning miniature designs from Claudio Casini (below!). The game itself is going to be a competitive strategy game for one-to-four players. It is set in a Dark Fantasy world inspired by 17th Century Europe and inhabited by some badass looking anthropomorphic animals.

The players will be tasked with surviving nine days of the Eclipse as the Darkness starts to stretch over the land and threaten to destroy the region of Betel. You will be seeking to prove that you are the best Guardian of the bunch and become the heir to High Priestess Elaine.
There will also be many different paths to victory (I like options) and the game certainly looks gorgeous from these early previews.
The game is set to come to Kickstarter soon and you can follow their previews HERE. If you do, they have talked about revealing more details on the game ahead of the project launch.
