Fan of the twisted and delightful comic strips of Cyanide & Happiness? These quirky characters are making their way over to Gamefound with an upcoming and hilarious card game putting players in the seat of a matchmaker.

Master Dater has now arrived on Gamefound. After being funded in the first 50 minutes, 3-6 players will be creating the perfect romantic partners for their beloved teammates.

It's not as easy as it looks, as the aspiring romantics have got a real niche taste in a partner. Outreaching for specific needs, such as "I'm into True Crime Podcasts", "I'm extremely superficial" and "I need somebody who can start a cult with me".

Players will take to their cards in front of them to build a partner who would meet the criteria, well as far as your imagination can stretch it to allow it to fit the strange conditions set by the keen lover.

Different aspects of goal can be awarded to different players. If one person had a head of a reptilian ready to plunge into cultish activities, and the other player had a gun-wielding skin-wearing potential match - both would be rewarded depending on the criteria they meet. Receiving the cards at the end of the round.

Players will aim to get hold of five cards - including one of each colour - to win the game and become the Master Dater. The game can take roughly 20 minutes to play and is pitched for players 13+.

A few months ago, I saw that Cyanide and Happiness were bringing out a new game and that it was heading to the crowdfunding platform first. It was all very hush-hush and secretive on the campaign page with mysterious videos and anticipation. Now, the campaign is live and proving to be a hilarious party game that is guaranteed a good few laughs.

There are several different pledges to dip into. Whether you are after the Kickstarter edition with expansions, retail edition with expansions, stretch goals or special editions kissed by the creators - you name it! There are four pledges in total, ranging from $25 to $100.
