Conquer Civilizations In Mage Knight: Ultimate Edition
November 29, 2018 by cassn
It is time for those who are brave of heart and strong in power to rise up and conquer their world as a Mage Knight in this Ultimate Edition game release from designer Vlaada Chvátil and WizKids.
In Mage Knight, you are a powerful Mage Knight who must attempt to explore and control part of the Atlantean Empire. Through card drafting and deck building, players must build their army, explore caves and dungeons, collect spells and conquer powerful cities. Mage Knight: Ultimate Edition includes the Mage Knight Board Game, The Lost Legion, Shades of Tezla, and Krang Character expansions; comprehensive integrated rules text; five new cards; and miniatures with alternate paint jobs.
The game also provides options for gamers to play competitively or co-operatively and includes solo rules for individual gameplay. Mage Knight: Ultimate Edition also promises to be released in over eleven languages, so even more players can join the game!
Interested Mage Knights will, unfortunately, have to wait until December before they can purchase this behemoth box but further information on Mage Knights: Ultimate Edition can be found over on the WizKids website.

I remember Mage Knight from when I was a kid! It was a fun game that died out way too soon. Models were Wizkids quality at the time, poor to fair. Hopefully this one will be better in every way including how long it last.
Current Mage Knight isn’t same game as that one. Current one is board game while old one was very first collectible miniatures game (CMG) before WK got comic book licenses for Heroclix. So current one is pretty much lot better game. If you get chance to try it out then I recommend that you do because it’s worth it.
Mage Knight is near the top of my “want-to-play” list. This Ult Ed would be even more incentive to get it!
