More has been unlocked (and will be unlocked for sure!) with the Conan Kickstarter by Monolith. This time around it's some extra Overlord tiles to bring heroes in as villains and a massive Bone Golem that will no doubt be quite the centrepiece...

Overlord Hero Tiles

Monster Bone Golem

The Bone Golem is one hell of a beast and is based on the Age of Conan MMORPG bringing in the rather cool game to the board game experience. I had a dabble with the game and it was pretty awesome although I didn't have a powerful enough computer to play it well at the time. At least with board games that doesn't matter!

Black Dragon (Add-On)

Black Dragon (Front)

Black Dragon (Rear)

Conan's personal bodyguards, the Black Dragons, are also popping up sculpted by the talented hands of Gautier Giroud and they look like they mean business. They also teased that with these chaps popping up we might see a King Conan on the way soon. Here's hoping!

Khitai Hero (Front)

Khitai Hero (Rear)

There was also more from the Khitai Expansion and they showed off what's coming in terms of the hero for this expansion. With a flowing robe and duel swords you can be pretty assured that this chap is going to be a melee master. It will be interesting to see how he, for example, is different to Valeria in terms of how they work. This is the same for all the heroes actually!

Balthus & Slasher Redesign

Last but not least after chatting with the community they decided to change up how Balthus & Slasher looked so they got Adrian Smith to make this awesome piece of art for them. Considering this was the Howard Tribute it has to be gotten right and they think they've got it spot on this time. The new sculpt is now being worked on.

Have you buckled and pledged yet?
