Conan Joins the Fight in The Duke!

You may remember that we looked at a board game called The Duke not long ago from Catalyst Games. Well, their Kickstarter campaign is going incredibly well and they have bust their target with three days to go. So, with all this extra cash they have a few extra tiles making their way into the game...

First up are the Conan tiles thanks to a previous relationship with Paradox Entertainment. The mighty Barbarian King could be wandering onto a Duke board near you and butchering his way through the unworthy to his hearts content.

Maybe you want Conan to be facing off against a Dark Dragon? Well Catalyst have got you covered there too with a new tile. It's interesting to see how the innovative game mechanic for tile flipping and attacking works with these various powerful entities.

And another of their updates includes the awesome Musketeers! All these tiles will be part of special sets that are used to replace existing tiles and add some character into your games of The Duke. This game is really taking off and I can't wait to see what else they come up with as the Kickstarter comes to a close.
