Let’s Play: Warhammer Age of Sigmar – Champions [Order vs Chaos]
July 31, 2018 by dignity
Alan from Play Fusion teaches us how to play their new trading card game Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Champions.
This exciting new card game from the guys that brought us Lightseekers launches 2nd of August and at Gen Con.
The game launches with a campaign deck for each of the four Grand Alliances: Order, Chaos, Destruction and Death. Each deck has their own unique playstyle representing the nature of the chosen faction.
Like Lightseekers, Champions is also available in digital form on iOS and Android.
Who wants to challenge my mighty Order deck?

Danger! Danger! Title Overload! (Can you tell I’m watching classic Lost in Space these days?) Beware any starter set:

Age of Sigmar:

The Battle for Blah-de-Blah:
2 player Introductory Set
Loving the look of this – can’t wait to give it a go.
Which alliance would you play? I’ve been enjoying destruction!
I quite like the look of Order from this LP. I like playing quite defensively so that might tip me towards one Alliance or the other.
I know I’ll end up with all four base sets eventually but I’ll be jumping in with Death for sure. Hope you guys run another game showing those off as well. Can’t watch the full Lets Play right now but will return with a coffee later.
That’s Sam’s alliance of choice so you can guarantee we’ll see a game with them soon.
Hmmm I am tempted by the founders set
got my founders set today, cant wait to get a game
looks interesting is Nagash in the death set ?
We received our founders edition today and Nagash was in the set with an alternative art card
nice,
Here is a link to my blog where we do an unboxing of the Founders box, feel free to have a look

a great link thanks for that.
Your welcome @zorg
Great video as always, love lightseekers, but certainly prefer the more “serious” fantasy art style of AoS. It’s nice how you can see the DNA of lightseekers game design here, but a ton of original ideas and concepts that really lift it up as it’s own thing.
