If I were to exist within my own fantastical world, I would be sure to have a combination of dark and stabby vs cute and cuddly reside. Think of it as a 'Happy Tree Friends' vibe. However, fantasy is certainly the resounding theme! And whenever a new board game arises that promises fluffy clouds and floaty islands - I am sure to be hooked from the get-go.

Eriantys // Cranio Creations

Eriantys by Craino Creation will take players into the world of whimsy in a game of strategy and planning where players witness the madness of spiteful yellow gnomes, and crazy pink fairies take their place amongst blissful floaty islands - home to the great schools of magical creatures. With the fresh hope that they can access the powerful great hall joining the most powerful professors in the magical world.

If you ever played Carolus Magnus back in the year 2000, you will recognise the game. As this new version and whimsical reskin plops straight into the "comic fantasy" vibe which is incredibly popular amongst tabletop gamers.

Players will need their thinking caps on for this game! As they will run one of the four schools to compete against the magical beings across the floaty islands. Attempting to plan moves with finesse, and anticipating opponents'.

Utilising cards, players will place their students across the islands, erecting towers controlled by mother nature and sometimes from opponents! Once there are three towers left, players must erect their own amongst the floating city - and whoever has the most is crowned the winner.

However, there are several options for players to seek their teeth into, including different game modes for cooperative play and expert levels too. The harder it gets, the more there is to access. Including characters and skills to develop and challenge.

The game is set to be released in Q4 of 2021, so you'll be sure to see Eriantys hit FLGS stores online roughly around Christmas time!
