Modiphius Entertainment has placed their newest board game onto preorder for a release this summer, bringing espionage and competitive rivalry to the tabletop.

SPECTRE The Board Game - Modiphius

SPECTRE The Board Game // Modiphius Entertainment

SPECTRE: The Board Game is now live on the Modiphius Entertainment store, calling out intelligent villains to take their chairs around the table to thwart the plans of the slippery spy, 007. 2-4 players will be competing to be Number One, of the Special Executive for Counter-intelligence, Terrorism, Revenge, and Extortion corruption (it's like somebody wanted it to spell out SPECTRE!), hoping to be one step ahead of Mr Bond himself, raking in glory and villainry.

Players will be stepping into the shoes of iconic Bond villains with their own plots that have been inspired by their Hollywood counterparts, taking references from films such as Dr. No (1962) and Diamonds Are Forever (1971). James Bond will certainly have his work cut out for him balancing a series of villains making their way to the top. If you are a Bond fan, you will recognise a fair few heads up from the franchise, including familiar faces, weapons and locations.

Taking the role of villainry seriously, players will need to lurk, spy and blackmail their way into glory whilst upkeeping their own criminal empire of agents, seeping dirty deeds across the world. No villain is prepared to show their faces early on, so players will be puppeteering from behind the curtain to tease and taunt 007.
