Are you a fan of the American Psycho Hollywood title? Renegade Games Studio have announced that they will be dipping into chilling IP, turning the early oo's movie into a board game.

Released via Press Release in the Renegade Games News, the upcoming trick-taking game - American Psycho: A Killer Game - will feature artwork and follow familiar scenes from the film. 2-5 players will be hoping to keep their self-preservation together, taking the hot seat as brutally competitive investment bankers, settled into a cut-throat environment of Pierce & Pierce.
Players will be taking charge of meetings, bringing one particular card to the table. Competitors will hope to flex the highest card to rake in the win. However, there will be some tricks up every investor's sleeve - with the chance to relate with a Killer Suit that will trump any other shark around the table. For each meeting that players attend, they will be thrown into a 'Scene Card', referenced from the film which will throw further intimidation on the table.

Players will ensure that they are at the top of the food chain. Ensuring that they have the best that money can offer, whether that be attending the fanciest of restaurants or meticulously keeping up appearances. So long as their business is immaculate, and their body count isn't racking too high, proving to have the best stuff will be a doddle.
Scattered across the table are no innocent pacifists. Players have the chance to draw murder cards to obtain a greater standing in the world, racking up negative points by the more bodies they drop. Unless you are a psycho... and these bodies will be in your favour to victory.
Although there was no release date confirmed for when we can see the trick-taking title on our tabletops, the game is up for pre-order on the Renegade Games Store, hopefully with not long to wait until release!
Be prepared, you will need to take these cards as seriously as you do in the preparation of business cards!

Excellent. I’ll invite my friend, Paul Allen, over to play, stick on a Phil Collins CD, have a murderously good time.
Remember the Tyvek suit
‘Hip to be Square’ is such an underrated classic.
Also don’t forget to cover the floor in newspapers, the seats in plastic and get yourself a nice see through plastic rain coat.
Once you’ve done that you are ready to ax Paul any questions you like 😉
Maybe you could try Huey Lewis and The News instead? Their early work was a little too new wave for my tastes, but when Sports came out in ’83, I think they really came into their own, commercially and artistically. The whole album has a clear, crisp sound, and a new sheen of consummate professionalism that really gives the songs a big boost. He’s been compared to Elvis Costello, but I think Huey has a far more bitter, cynical sense of humor. In ’87, Huey released this, Fore, their most accomplished album. I think their undisputed masterpiece is “Hip to… Read more »
Ooh nice I liked Christian bale in the film.
I’ll be sure to show off my new cards on Regal Vellum
absolute nonsense! I Love it!
I hope they recreate my favourite chapter from the Book “Killing boy at zoo” – self explanatory really.
